This wasn’t just a kitchen remodel—it was a full reimagining of how the home could function and feel.
We began with a complete demolition of the existing kitchen, tile stairs, and sunken dining room, clearing the way for a more open and cohesive floorplan. The dining room was reframed with a raised floor and taller walls, topped with vaulted ceiling trusses that bring in natural light and create a greater sense of space. The remodel extended into the laundry and utility rooms as well, with structural updates to the roof and the addition of new windows throughout for a brighter, more inviting atmosphere.
A custom walk-in pantry with French doors was framed in to add both charm and functionality, while fresh board-and-batten siding on the front exterior gave the home modern curb appeal.
Inside, the remodeled kitchen now features custom cabinetry, sleek countertops, a full tile backsplash, and all-new fixtures—including a stylish sink and faucet. Flooring flows seamlessly from the kitchen into the dining area, complemented by durable tile in the utility spaces for a clean, cohesive finish. To complete the renovation, an electrical panel upgrade ensures the home is fully prepared for modern living.
